GFH will be at the Mafra Real Estate Breakfast!

On October 23rd, at Tapada Nacional de Mafra, our board member João Moreira will take part in an event hosted by CNN Portugal and M² that brings together the municipality, developers and real estate analysts to discuss the dynamics of the municipality and the investment opportunities in a city undergoing transformation with strong residential potential.

The programme includes the presentation of the new Mafra Real Estate Observatory and the Study on Housing Affordability in Portugal. João Moreira will speak on how to develop affordable housing in Portugal and will join the roundtable with real estate market stakeholders, alongside Hugo Moreira, Mayor of Mafra, with moderation by Manuel Maria Gonçalves, CEO of APPII.
