The Yard Tagus - Start of Construction

Construction of The Yard Tagus is now underway, a new residential development promoted by GFH, with construction being carried out by Ferreira Build Power.

Located between Sintra and Oeiras, close to Taguspark and the Faculty of Medicine of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, The Yard Tagus will comprise 147 apartments, ranging from one- to three-bedroom units (T1 to T3). Spread across two plots, the project places the garden at the heart of its concept, serving as a meeting point, social space and link between the buildings, fostering a balanced and integrated environment.

Designed to provide comfort, well-being and quality of life, the development will offer a range of amenities including a gym, landscaped areas, a gourmet area, a rooftop with panoramic views, and bicycle parking.
