The Yard wins at the 2025 Expresso | SIC Notícias Real Estate Awards

The project The Yard, developed by GFH, was awarded the “Innovation in Construction” prize at the Real Estate Awards, promoted by SIC Notícias and the Expresso newspaper.
This distinction recognizes the project’s commitment to quality, construction efficiency, and the integration of new technological and sustainable solutions.

The project was designed by the OODA architecture studio, with construction carried out by Ferreira Build Power.
